Mechanical Engineering Department of Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj College of Engineering was established in 2011. The department offers UG course in Mechanical with the intake of 60. The goal of the department is to produce skillful and employable Engineers by providing them the best technical knowledge and hands on experience in the well-equipped laboratories of the department. To fulfill this goal, the department has well qualified and expert faculties and the good infrastructure. The department has total nine different labs like. Department has formed an association of students named MESA, which explores various hidden qualities of students and prepare them to take on various real life problems.
