Shri. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj College of Engineering, Nepti, Ahmednagar has been established in 2011 by Ahmednagar Jilha Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj (AJMVPS) is well known for quality education in Ahmednagar district.

As a part of continuous strives to bring the top companies to the college premises for B.E. Computer, Electronics & Telecommunication, Mechanical and Civil Engineering students and help students to achieve a better career, The College has a separate Training and Placement Cell. A Placement Committee consisting of Training & Placement Head and one faculty representing each department decides the guidelines for the placement activity.

Industrial Training is not mandatory as per University of Pune syllabus. However we encourage the students to go for Industrial Training during vacation especially after third year.
